Intern Commercial Service Program Management
Amsterdam (The Netherlands) – The Commercial Service Program Management intern will be a member of the Commercial Service Program Management team. In this role, the intern will be responsible for reviewing and developing new communication templates for external customers communication.

About MMD
MMD is a wholly-owned company by TPV, established in 2009 through a brand license agreement with Philips. MMD exclusively markets and sells Philips-branded LCD displays worldwide. Taking advantage of Philips brand image and TPV’s manufacturing expertise, MMD uses a fast and focused approach to bring innovative products to consumers. MMD serves worldwide markets from major regional offices including Amsterdam, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo and Fremont (EPI). Through its network of local sales teams MMD works with all major IT distributors and resellers. The company’s design and development center is located in Taiwan.
Responsibilities
- Review and analysis: analyze current service scenario communications, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with operational standards.
- Template development: create and update communication templates for external customer interactions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Cross department collaboration: work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure communication templates reflect the company’s processes and goals.
- Quality assurance: ensure all communication templates adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Documentation: maintain organized records of templates, revisions, and communication scenarios for future reference.
- Feedback integration: Gather feedback from internal teams and external customers, incorporating suggestions into template revisions to enhance effectiveness.
Key requirements
- Academic / Higher Business School
- Analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team Player, willing to take on new initiatives
