Key Account & Accessories Lead

TPV Technology is an internationally-renowned PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer. About MMD

MMD is a wholly-owned company by TPV, established in 2009 through a brand license agreement with Philips. MMD exclusively markets and sells Philips-branded LCD displays worldwide. Taking advantage of Philips brand image and TPV’s manufacturing expertise, MMD uses a fast and focused approach to bring innovative products to consumers. MMD serves worldwide markets from major regional offices including Amsterdam, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo and Fremont (EPI). Through its network of local sales teams MMD works with all major IT distributors and resellers.

The order desk employee will serve as the liaison between European Sales Regions, our Supply Chain Team, and the customer, where he or she ensures a smooth transition of our products from our factories in the far east, and our warehouse in Poland to the final customers. He or she acts as the main contact on all supply related topics to regional sales, proactively communicating on supply chain topics and successfully integrating changes with regional sales


For a tier-one key account we are searching for somebody to lead the end to end order fulfilment process. This entails the entire process from order allocation to ship out coordination, including, but not limited to creation of orders and contact with our sales regions. Where needed, the person will also assist in order processing / fulfilment for other EU regions.

In addition to this, the role also includes future coordination of our accessories business of which the business will grow in the comning years. The person in the role will oversee all aspects of the key account. Including, but not limited to: coordination with the planning team situated in Amsterdam, client coordination, sales and order allocation, alignment with our factories in China, and order creation and follow up (after service).

The role requires an individual who is able to function independently, possesses problem solving skills and is able to oversee the operation from a clear vantage point.


  • A master in the coordination of project driven orders. Manage the key account (amongst others) and lead the implementation of our new accessory products to our orderstream with customers & sales, Including, but not limited to coordination with planning – internal operational partners – WHS – customers & sales
  • Maintaining an up to date overview of our key account business
  • Manage complex transportation processes with both our key account, and our factories in China.
  • SAP owner for key account processes
  • SAP owner for accessory business development
  • When necessary (absence and/or illenss of colleagues) provide orderdesk support


  • Coordinate the orderbook for our key account. This is including, but not limited to: allocation management, orderbook management, slot & outbound management. Coordination with the planning team is on a regular basis
  • Manage the accessory business of MMD-AOC from planning coordination to customer order fulfillment, in aligment with the orderdesk manager
  • Weekly alignment with the Global Key Account manager
  • Weekly alignment with origin factories regarding orderbook management and ship out schedules
  • Owner of the customer master data for the key account
  • Assist in the order fulfillment process for other regions if needed
  • All other tasks of the order desk specialists if and when needed


  • Bachrlor in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM focus or has reached this level through another form of trainging or experience.
  • Ability to function within a small initial team – whilst gearing all processes towards global management objectives
  • 2+ years experience in a Sales and operations planning function. FMCG / Tech sector is a pre.
  • Experience in claims management is a pre
  • Experience in managing (global) order accounts is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills spanning all business layers
  • Analytical, strong problem solving skills in a very dynamic environment.
  • A master in Excel, advanced SAP is preferred
  • Excellent process mapping skills and ability to locate constraints

Problem solving:

  • Locate constriants in the current process , engage stakeholders, with the aim to continously be geared to a more efficient way of working
  • Explain/present business result and business outlook (volume related) to senior management concerning Tier-one key accounts
  • Thrives in a dynamic enviroment working on several projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to funciton in a high pressured client driven environment
