Employees of Philips, TPV Europe Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries, and other employees of the companies involved in the organization and implementation of the promotion as well as their relatives are excluded from participation. Dealers and other resellers and their employees and relatives are also excluded from the promotion. Intermediaries and retailers are not entitled to participate on behalf of their customers.
The participant must obtain an invoice or receipt from the stationary or online retailer from whom he/she purchases the participating product.
MMD reserves the right to exclude persons who attempt to gain an advantage through false information or other manipulation. MMD is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate the Terms of Campaign, provide incorrect personal information, use unfair means, and/or attempt to participate in the promotion more often than permitted under these Terms of Campaign. If there is a reason for exclusion, MMD is entitled to reclaim the free headphone.
By registering a participating product bought from a participating retailer, participants accept these Terms of Campaign and confirm that they are at least 18 years old and have a valid invoice or receipt.

5. How to register
Register your participating product after purchase until 23:59 CET on 31th October 2024 at the latest at https://mmdmonitors.com/philips-evnia-headphone-bundle/. Register your participation by providing your personal data (first and last name, home address, e-mail address, mobile phone), model number and serial number of the participating product you purchased.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail with your reference number.
Within 4 (four) weeks after positive verification of the complete documents, we will ship the headphone to the address you specified free of charge.
6. General information
Applications that do not meet these Terms of Campaign, were not made via the official website, or are incomplete, will be considered invalid.
The stock of the Philips TAH8506WT/00 headphone is limited and once the stock is depleted the promotion will end without any right to an alternative product or refund.
MMD reserves the right to request original proofs of purchase, as well as to verify the information provided by the participant during registration and, if necessary, to request additional information so that eligibility and the guarantee of all participation requirements can be determined.
In the event of a final purchase reversal due to returning the participating product to the retailer, revocation, withdrawal, or the like within 12 months after the purchase date, the claim to the free headphone shall lapse and the participant undertakes to return the headphone.

These conditions of participation are subject to the laws of the Netherlands. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of participation and/or this promotion is the court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
7. Data protection
MMD is committed to protect and process your personal data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. MMD is the data controller for your personal data and will process it until you withdraw your consent by notifying us in writing, or we will hold it for a maximum of a 12-month period.
Participation in campaign. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to enroll you in the campaign and provide you with the free headphone.
Legal basis. The legal basis for processing your personal data is our agreement with you concerning your participation in the campaign and the compliance with legal obligations (such as but not limited to tax legislation).
