What you will be doing

  • Handle and coordinate Ship & Debit claims centrally, liaising with country teams to resolve issues, propose improvements, and define standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze, verify, and upload monthly price lists for first-tier customers in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and analyze reports such as the monthly MEAT file and other commercial overviews.
  • Update and share open commitments reports, ensuring requisitions are correctly registered and closed.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses (e.g. market sizing, potential, market share, trends, cost developments) and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams across Europe.

  • Drive and initiative – you don’t wait for instructions but seek answers and solutions when you hit a roadblock.

  • Living within reasonable commuting distance (30–45 min) from the Amsterdam office.
  • Team player mindset
