Message from the Director of Marketing
and Business Management

Economies and societies are facing ever greater challenges, whether it’s the climate crisis – 2023 was the hottest year globally since records began – rising energy prices, or the increasingly dramatic shortage of raw materials coupled with growing mountains of electronic waste. Creative solutions are needed to counteract these on a large scale and make production processes more resource efficient. At AOC & MMD, we successfully pursue a holistic approach along the entire value chain: from the procurement of sustainable or recycled materials for production to the greatest possible reduction of plastic and packaging materials. Our commitment to developing high-performance products in accordance with strict environmental standards was honored at the end of last year with both of our brands becoming prestigious EPEAT Climate+ Champions – a significant step for us on the road to sustainability. However, this is just the beginning.
