ESG Governance

For CSR and sustainability to result in significant change, it is essential to have support at all levels in our organisation. Our Sustainability Steering Committee is represented by every part of our organisation and across all TPV business units. Members of the Steering Committee are selected by their management team to represent their business unit. Together with workstream owners they discuss new projects and initiatives every eight weeks.

Steering Committee

Composed of BU leaders of all entities, the CFO, the Human Resources Director and the Global CSR & Sustainability Director. This group has the authority to approve projects and budgets for both BU-specific and cross-functional ESG initiatives.

Workstream owners and participants

• Responsible for managing their designated ESG workstream and defining related projects, objectives, and KPIs per BU
• Workstream participants represent their BUs and support the owner in achieving deliverables

CSR and Sustainability Department

• Coordinates the global strategy and oversees ESG project implementation
• The Global CSR & Sustainability Director is a member of the ESG Taskforce of TPV, which advises the TPV ESG Committee

Code of Conduct

Our ESG governance is guided by TPV’s internal Code of Conduct, which outlines standards for ethical business conduct, integrity, and compliance across all operations. It reflects our commitment to responsible management, anti-corruption, respect for privacy, fair competition, and accountability at every level of the business.
