Responsible Supply Chain

Ethical Supply Chain Management

MMD is part of the TPV group, where we are committed to enhancing transparency and responsibility throughout our supply chain.

Supplier Standards

Our suppliers are expected to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines requirements on labor rights, working conditions, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices.

We apply screening and onboarding processes to ensure that suppliers meet our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. Ongoing due diligence helps us monitor compliance and maintain high standards across the supply chain.

Sustainable Procurement

As part of our approach to responsible sourcing, we work closely with our suppliers to prioritize sustainable and circular materials — including the use of post-consumer recycled plastics — in product design and production.
In line with our commitment to ethical sourcing, TPV Technology (our manufacturing partner and parent company) has implemented robust measures to ensure conflict-free mineral sourcing. In 2024, 100% of relevant supplierswere surveyed on their use of six conflict minerals, and 100% of smelters with potential conflict risks in the TPV supply chain participated in the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP).
These efforts follow the OECD’s Five-Step Framework for supply chain due diligence and support TPV’s membership in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).

Risk Analysis and Mitigation

In line with obligations under local government frameworks — and in preparation for the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) — TPV Europe will conduct a comprehensive supply chain risk analysis. This includes mapping the full value chain and identifying potential risks related to human rights and labor rights violations.

Following this assessment, we will develop a mitigation plan that includes:

  • Specific actions to address the identified risks
  • A timeline for implementation
  • Monitoring mechanisms, including stakeholder engagement

These efforts reflect our proactive approach to ethical supply chain management and support our broader commitment to responsible business conduct across global operations.

Health & Safety in Manufacturing Facilities

MMD products are manufactured by TPV Technology, where ensuring safe and healthy working conditions is a core priority across all global production sites.

TPV’s facilities undergo regular internal and external audits and are certified under international standards, including ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Each site has a dedicated Safety Committee responsible for identifying risks, coordinating emergency preparedness, and driving continuous improvement.

In 2024, all TPV factories in mainland China achieved 100% occupational health screening coverage, and no work-related fatalities were reported globally.

To strengthen safety awareness, TPV organizes an annual Safety Month campaign. This initiative includes hands-on emergency drills, targeted training, and on-site awareness activities that empower employees to recognize and respond to health and safety risks.

These measures reflect our commitment to responsible manufacturing and the well-being of everyone involved in producing our monitors.
