HardwareInside, a hardware focussed website from Germany, recently published a review of the new gaming headset of the 5000 series, the Philips TAG5106.
They emphasize the quality finish as well as the futuristic design, the wearing comfort and the easy-to-use buttons. As a highlight they see the pairing system (dual use of wireless and Bluetooth). They give the TAG5106 their recommendation.

The ear cups provide good ambient coverage at the same time. Even though the mid-tones dominate, the sound image leads to an immersive gaming experience. The manufacturer creates sufficient online communication with the detachable microphone. Particularly pleasing is the pairing system, which allows quick operation with two devices by only one controller (USB dongle & Bluetooth). The Philips TAG5106 performs well in the price segment of about 100 Euros. We award our recommendation here.”
